You can request deletion of your NearMyWindow account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted.
Send an email to ron@atlbiz.biz from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request and confirm by email once completed, typically within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove: your account and profile (name, email, avatar, bio), all window videos and thumbnails you have posted, your chat messages, your follow relationships, and your in-app activity records associated with your account.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or in aggregated and anonymized form that no longer identifies you. Backup copies are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule.
